Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

Qualifications for the Senior Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Current PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in HR software implementations, particularly in compensation systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and compensation management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite as required
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Master's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with leading HR software platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is preferred
