This is a high-profile, remote position within Synergy Management Group, a boutique consulting firm offering outsourced corporate finance and growth strategy services to institutional investors, portfolio companies, and growing businesses. Our expertise spans Financial Planning, Valuations, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fractional CFO roles, and more.

The role entails overseeing lead generation, client acquisition, business development, operational management, and strategic growth initiatives. You will manage day-to-day operations, client relations, new client acquisition, process improvement, and support strategic projects. This contract role offers long-term potential for high performers.

Candidates must possess 15+ years of senior-level experience at top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Blackstone, Sequoia) within the management consulting, private equity, or venture capital industries. A proven track record in securing high-value client engagements is essential.

In Month 1, you will focus on meeting a critical objective: closing and securing cleared payment for at least one new client engagement with a minimum contract value of $50,000. You will leverage SMG's resources, tools, and CEO support to achieve this goal. Success will be determined by securing the contract and receiving cleared funds within the evaluation period.

Ongoing responsibilities include managing operational logistics for the CEO, driving client relations, business development, and growth strategy, proposing and implementing process improvements and strategic initiatives, and overseeing revenue-related administrative and operational functions across the firm.

Compensation is success-based, capped at 15% of closed contracts (up to $7,500) during the Month 1 Evaluation. Long-term opportunities are available based on performance. We offer an estimated salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
