We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team as a Director, Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with senior leads on client business to develop communications solutions that deliver client business goals, and be responsible for the strategic foundation for all client plans.
You will have 8+ years of senior-level marketing experience, with a strong track record of business/marketing expertise and inspiring teams to develop actionable plans that drive results. You will be a natural storyteller, able to simplify complex data from various sources and communicate solutions in a simple, fresh perspective.
Our company culture values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $240,000 per year, based on job-related factors. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development within the global GroupM & WPP networks.
