Job Summary

ATI | Advanced Technology International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Division, Program Manager, and clients to achieve program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data entry and maintenance of accurate records for consortium membership and members.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the consortium.
  • Assist Program Managers with planning and execution of customer programs.
  • Handle frequent contact within and outside the company on significant matters requiring tact, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Manage calendars for managers and maintain team and company calendars.
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, video conferences, and telephone conferences.
  • Coordinate meeting registrations, memberships, supplies, materials, equipment, and services.
  • Assist in the development of and provide support for meetings, workshops, conferences, video conferences, and telephone conferences.
  • Coordinate program presence at tradeshows, prepare informational materials, and staff booths.
  • Maintain electronic and paper files for programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to business unit team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree and two years related experience, or High School and six years of related experience.
  • Computer skills including intermediate Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project desired. MS Access experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel to conferences and meetings required.
  • US Citizenship is required and/or must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance for certain projects/programs.
Work Environment

This position is located in an air-conditioned, environmentally controlled atmosphere, and occasionally attend meetings in technology company environments.
