Job Description

Job Summary:

Nuance Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expansion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales training programs and solution selling methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience working with external customers and partners.
  • EOS experience a plus.
