Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales training programs and solution selling methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience working with external customers and partners.
- EOS experience a plus.
