Position Overview:
The HR Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in executing professional responsibilities across multiple areas of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides essential support to departmental leaders while overseeing daily operations.
Utilizes HRIS systems effectively to facilitate routine tasks within various HR functions.

Administrative Duties:
Employs diverse software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, to manage and prepare information for stakeholders.

Policy Interpretation:
Addresses inquiries related to policies, procedures, and programs; clarifies policies for staff and management.

Project Assistance:
Collaborates with HR leadership in the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, minimizing operational expenses, and optimizing business processes; projects may focus on specific HR areas or span multiple domains.

Employee Relations:
Promotes positive workplace relationships and partners with management to address employee concerns.

Compliance Management:
Stays informed about state, federal, and local regulations to assist leadership in ensuring adherence to organizational policies and practices.

Performance Evaluation:
Assists in assessing departmental reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to set objectives; proposes innovative strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.

Training and Compliance:
Works collaboratively with HR leadership to oversee compliance initiatives, including training programs and regulatory requirements.

Policy Development:
Contributes to the formulation and administration of various HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Event Coordination:
Supports the planning and execution of employee engagement events and activities.

Professional Conduct:
Maintains a respectful and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations while ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Communication:
Keeps management informed of ongoing issues and potential challenges, offering solutions and seeking guidance as necessary.

Record Management:
Compiles and distributes personnel records as needed.

Exit Interviews:
Facilitates the exit interview process to understand reasons for employee departures.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
