Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and committed HR Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. This role is designed to be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries, offering guidance and directing them to the right resources. The HR Operations Specialist will play a key role in executing HR strategies and initiatives within the organization, ensuring that employees have effective access to HR services while adhering to established HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience (Mandatory).

Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Employment Type:

  • 12-month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Assistance:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, guiding them to the appropriate self-service portals or HR service centers.
  • Assist in the execution of HR programs and initiatives as directed by the HR leadership in collaboration with HR Business Partners and management.
  • Address urgent HR matters promptly and support emergency response protocols.

Engagement and Community Involvement:

  • Organize local employee engagement activities and community outreach events.
  • Manage the distribution of HR communications and oversee employee recognition initiatives.
  • Aid in the implementation of action plans derived from employee engagement survey feedback.

HR Compliance and Efficiency:

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard confidential employee relations information.
  • Support local recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks and audit preparations.
  • Facilitate learning and development opportunities and benefits enrollment.

Compensation: $26.54 per hour
