Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personnel policies and procedures, offering guidance for operational needs.
  • Contribute to the establishment of HR objectives and systems, including metrics and reporting for organizational requirements.
  • Oversee benefits administration, compensation structures, and employee performance initiatives.
  • Propose innovative procedures and policies to enhance employee satisfaction and HR efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to local and national employment regulations, updating policies as necessary.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires through collaboration with various departments.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding, orientations, and exit interviews, including data management in HRIS.
  • Provide comprehensive HR advisory services to staff, addressing matters related to health, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.
  • Act as a backup for payroll processing, managing updates to employee records and compensation adjustments.
  • Assist in maintaining the employee handbook and organizational documentation, contributing to policy formulation.
  • Support multiple locations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a human resources generalist role within a sizable organization.
  • Experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of HR policies.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Proficient in HRIS with the capacity to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in an HR department.
  • Detail-oriented with a resourceful approach.

Compensation: Salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
