Human Resources Coordinator to deliver extensive HR support throughout our organization.

This position is crucial in assisting the Human Resources Director and demands an individual who is prepared to engage in daily operations while supporting offices across various states.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Support & Consultation:
Address inquiries regarding policies, procedures, payroll, and general HR information in a timely manner.

HR Program Administration:
Implement HR initiatives, including monthly reporting, status changes, state-required documentation, exit surveys, and more.

Onboarding:
Effectively onboard independent contractors and maintain current contractor records.

New Hire Orientation:
Facilitate the orientation process for new employees.

Record Maintenance:
Ensure e-personnel files and records comply with legal standards.

Employee Liaison:
Act as a connection between management and staff, addressing inquiries and assisting in resolving workplace issues.

Confidentiality:
In this role, upholding confidentiality is essential.

You will collaborate closely with our Insperity HR Team for personnel and job analysis, unemployment matters, and surveys, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.
