We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to deliver essential HR assistance throughout our organization. This role is crucial in supporting the Human Resources Director and requires an individual who is eager to engage in daily HR functions while collaborating with teams across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support & Consultation: Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, payroll, and general HR information.
  • HR Program Administration: Implement HR initiatives, including generating monthly reports, managing status changes, and conducting exit surveys.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for 1099 contractors and ensure accurate maintenance of contractor records.
  • New Hire Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure e-personnel files and records comply with legal standards.
  • Employee Liaison: Act as a communication link between management and staff, addressing inquiries and assisting in resolving workplace issues.

Confidentiality: This position requires a strong commitment to confidentiality. You will collaborate closely with our Insperity HR Team for personnel analysis, unemployment matters, and surveys, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.
