About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ALICE S PLACE LLC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide vital support to our office staff by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office


Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.
