Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: The Office Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Kidcam LLC's Macon, GA location.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry tasks
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain management
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred • 1-2 years of administrative experience • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
