Dental Practice Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our front-office team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring seamless operations.
About the Role:
- Deliver outstanding patient care by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Support our dental professionals by preparing charts, collecting medical history, and coordinating treatment plans.
- Balancing nightly deposits and credit card processing while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Additional responsibilities may include data entry, phone support, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
