Resident Relations Coordinator

This Resident Relations Coordinator position is a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with residents, resolving issues, and promoting our property's benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and coworkers to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with the community office team to achieve goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years' experience in leasing, marketing, or general office administration preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Yardi experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
