About the Position:

  • Provide world-class patient care by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support our dentists by preparing charts, collecting medical history, and coordinating treatment plans.
  • Manage nightly deposits, credit card processing, and maintain accurate financial records while balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Additional responsibilities may include data entry, phone support, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
