Healthcare Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator at Aspen Dental. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the front-office operations and providing top-notch patient service.
About the Position:
- Provide world-class patient care by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Support our dentists by preparing charts, collecting medical history, and coordinating treatment plans.
- Manage nightly deposits, credit card processing, and maintain accurate financial records while balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Additional responsibilities may include data entry, phone support, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
