Job Overview

A leading building materials manufacturer is seeking a dedicated sales representative to manage a designated territory. This role involves engaging with builders, general contractors, and architects, while effectively utilizing distribution channels to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction industry.

  • Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in building materials or construction sales.
  • A college degree; an athletic background is considered a plus.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, along with a substantial territory valued at $40 million. Additional incentives include bonuses ranging from 45% to 175% of the base salary, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.
