Growth Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the North American market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to penetrate new markets, enhance customer acquisition, and increase market share.
About Us:GreenSpark is a pioneering SaaS company that offers innovative software solutions to the recycling industry. Our mission is to improve recycling rates and keep more metal out of landfills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the North American market.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the account executive sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, enhance customer acquisition, and increase market share.
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the software space.
- Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, Gong, and other or equivalent sales enablement tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Experience selling into industrial sectors a plus.
