As a Senior Sales Manager at LiveFlow, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will lead a team of Account Executives and work closely with our founding team to evolve our Sales Playbook and refine our go-to-market strategy. You will also cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders in Accounting and Finance to drive new business and support team goals. Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and driving revenue growth through strategic deal closures. You will work closely with our founding team to evolve our Sales Playbook and refine our go-to-market strategy. You will also cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders in Accounting and Finance to drive new business and support team goals. You will inspire, coach, and lead by example, while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package. You will also have a monthly budget to spend on books and conferences to keep learning, and enjoy exciting business trips across the country.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of proven success in sales, with a demonstrated track record as a top performer.
  • Strong sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where quick closes are common.
  • Previous experience managing Account Executives, with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask questions, demonstrate curiosity, and be eager to continuously learn and push boundaries.
Salary and Benefits
