Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive - Customs Brokerage

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling customs brokerage services to parties engaged in international trade activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Provide expert knowledge of customs regulations and procedures in the US, Canada, and Mexico
  • Collaborate with regional sales director to resolve customer problems and improve sales performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and literature
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales experience in international trade or customs brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
