Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Kinship Group LLC. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling goods to walk-in customers and handling new customer calls. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of external callers and internal contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist walk-in customers promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer and return calls in a timely manner, utilizing strong communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Travel to customer job sites as required, up to 20% of the time, to provide in-person support and build relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes and delivery dates, following up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales orders and secure payment for COD customers, adhering to company procedures and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Retain core customers by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and offering ongoing support.
  • Participate in continuous product training, staying up-to-date on new products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the door and hardware industry preferred.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the Auburn office and travel to customer job sites within the Puget Sound region.
