  • Oversee the complete onboarding process, manage employee status modifications, and handle separations along with all HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate licensure and certification documentation.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations and keep personnel records current and organized.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources is required.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. A strong commitment to valuing individuals through the HR services provided.
