Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting new employee orientations, processing time off requests, and maintaining employee files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees understand benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and process time off requests to ensure accuracy of absenteeism tracking.
  • Maintain employee files, initiate drug and background screenings, and conduct routine file audits.
  • Write, revise, edit, and proofread company policies and procedures as needed.
  • Perform other HR generalist duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience administering general human resources duties preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.
  • Superior verbal and written skills, with good punctuation, spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of approximately $26.25/hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
