Human Resources Administrator

USPRO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide exceptional support to our employees, candidates, and HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line operational and administrative support in all areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and onboarding.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor in all interactions.
  • Data entry: PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Excel, and other HR-related systems.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, setting up virtual and onsite interviews, and updating applicant tracking systems.
  • Manage expense reimbursement processes and prepare new employee swag.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding responsibilities and file personnel-related documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening, and written communication.
  • Strong discretion and adherence to confidentiality.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work independently.
  • Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and organized.
  • Working knowledge of human resource practices and ability to research and gather data.
  • Familiarity with database systems and common HR applications.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
  • Experience in human resources, onboarding, or recruiting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, high-tech, or bio-tech environment.
