Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Greater Nevada Credit Union. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in all HR audits and collect relevant information.
- Support the Safety Committee by maintaining minutes and creating presentations.
- Quality control of Safety Monthly and Quarterly checklists, as well as tracking facilities tickets.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law posters and regulations.
- Assist the Chief People Officer/Vice President of People Resources with administrative tasks and projects.
- Prepare and update HR reports and trackers on a regular basis.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Draft letters and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain the team's agenda.
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- A competitive salary range of $48,000 - $67,000 per year, dependent on experience.
