Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Plaza Hotel & Casino LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing group business with function space and food & beverage events consistent with established goals while increasing revenues and maximizing the average daily room rate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess market conditions to make recommendations on competitive rates, strategies, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hotel guests to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve set monthly individual, room night, and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous hotel sales and marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
