Mersino Dewatering LLC is a reputable player in the construction dewatering and pumping sector, known for its commitment to excellence and professionalism. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of Branch Manager in our organization.

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational processes and procedures within the branch. This role entails managing daily activities to ensure the successful delivery of our services and products, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and adhering to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the tasks, responsibilities, and performance of all branch personnel.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through effective management strategies.
  • Oversee Operations, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Service, and Administration functions to meet branch objectives.
  • Regularly assess the financial performance of the branch to ensure budget compliance and assist with collections as necessary.
  • Ensure ongoing projects consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize safety to minimize workers' compensation claims and enhance our EMR rating.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience in budget preparation and execution to achieve targets.
  • Capability to organize, plan, and execute multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Ability to optimize branch organization and personnel for maximum productivity.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and bidding processes.
  • Experience in workflow analysis and management.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract documents, engineering drawings, and plans.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting complex projects.
  • Familiarity with PC software applications.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Professional demeanor with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proven track record in project and business management.

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule to fulfill job requirements.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that may require continuous exertion, including walking, standing, and lifting.
