Position: Branch Manager

Mersino Dewatering LLC is a well-established and expanding player in the construction dewatering and pumping sector. We are committed to delivering projects that require a high degree of expertise and professionalism across the nation. We are in search of dynamic, self-driven professionals to take on the role of Branch Manager.

The Branch Manager is accountable for overseeing all operations and procedures within the branch. This role entails managing daily activities effectively to ensure that our products and services are delivered in a manner that meets our quality standards and leaves our clients thoroughly satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the tasks, responsibilities, and performance of all staff members.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Oversee Operations, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Service, and Administration to ensure continuous performance aligned with branch objectives.
  • Regularly assess the branch's financial performance to ensure adherence to budgets and assist with collections as necessary.
  • Ensure ongoing projects consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize safety to minimize or eliminate workers' compensation claims, thereby enhancing our EMR rating.

  • Experience in budget preparation and execution to consistently achieve goals.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and manage the execution of multiple complex projects.
  • Effectively structure the branch and its personnel to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and bidding processes.
  • Conduct detailed workflow analysis and management.
  • Interpret and analyze contract documents, engineering drawings, schematics, and plans to meet customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot complex projects.
  • Proficient in various PC software applications.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Professional demeanor with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proven success in project and business management.

Expectations:

  • Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt work schedule to meet job requirements and travel as necessary.
  • Physical capability to engage in activities such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
