Position Summary: As a Fleet Compliance Auditor, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to regulations and enhancing fleet management operations. Your meticulous nature and analytical capabilities will be essential as you assess fleet assets, validate inventory, and review operational records. This role involves diagnosing discrepancies, implementing corrective measures, and training branch staff on established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory assessments at various branch locations to confirm accuracy and detect compliance discrepancies.
- Develop and execute corrective strategies and process improvements based on audit outcomes.
- Deliver training sessions at branches, emphasizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), safe work instructions (SWIs), and industry best practices.
- Ensure the precision of fleet assets within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Engage with senior management to present audit findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the formulation and revision of fleet management policies and procedures.
- Conduct site audits to evaluate inventory accuracy and overall site conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
