Job Summary
The Human Resources Intern will assist in creating and maintaining departmental materials, collaborating with teammates, and communicating with HR Leaders. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of department-specific projects, including talent acquisition, colleague relations, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining departmental materials, including reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop and implement HR projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with HR Leaders and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage a variety of department-specific projects, including talent acquisition, colleague relations, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and HRIS.
- Evaluate and document program initiatives to assist Director in evaluating the best allocation of resources.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote a positive working relationship between program colleagues and corporate personnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organization, interpersonal, and communications skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant software. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Language Skills
Ability to write professional business correspondence and effectively present information to groups of Directors, patients, families, and the public.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant software.
Other Qualifications
Strong organization, interpersonal, and communications skills. History of success as a team member on project deliverables. History of meeting assignment deadlines and budgetary requirements. Must be professional and use sound judgment.
