Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to support our unit leaders with HR expertise, including performance coaching and accountability. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in modernizing our HR function, ensuring the delivery of excellent service to our departmental partners and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise to unit leaders, including performance coaching and accountability.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including departmental leaders and employees.
• Analyze and resolve HR-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare HR experience.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and employee relations processes.
• High level of proficiency using HR systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship/team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the HR department and across the organization.
