At Cloverland Park Senior Living, we seek a skilled Senior Accounting and Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit necessary documentation for resident move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and ancillary charges. Oversee cash controls, including depositing and posting cash receipts, and implement and monitor controls over petty cash.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Maintain daily cashbooks for operational accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, and monitor accounts payable.
  • Expense Management: Ensure department managers complete appropriate assignment of departmental expenses and supporting documentation is executed and maintained.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate the processing of payroll and employee benefits, and the payment of insurance, real estate taxes, and related reporting requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and enter journal entries, maintain sub-schedules for Balance Sheet accounts, and review and distribute monthly financial statements.
  • Human Resources: Manage community Human Resource functions, oversee payroll and Team Member paperwork, and manage open positions using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting with one year of experience as an Accountant, or Associates degree in Accounting with two to three years of related experience.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Accounting and Human Resources Manager at TerraBella Senior Living, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
