POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Occupancy Management:
    • Oversee the complete leasing process, from initial inquiries to resident onboarding.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of community offerings, including pricing, availability, and lease terms.
    • Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet daily leasing and renewal objectives.
    • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features.
    • Proactively manage vacancies to ensure optimal occupancy rates.
    • Handle financial transactions related to security deposits and rent.
  • Marketing & Community Relations:
    • Contribute to marketing strategies, providing insights for promotions and outreach.
    • Engage in community marketing events as required.
    • Track advertising effectiveness and lead generation.
    • Evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to guide decision-making.
  • Professional Standards & Administration:
    • Ensure the leasing office and property grounds are inviting and well-maintained.
    • Follow up with potential residents and keep accurate records of inquiries.
    • Assist in training and supervising a successful leasing team.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with the Property Manager and team members.
    • Comply with Fair Housing regulations and uphold high professional standards.
    • Manage leasing documentation, prepare reports, and maintain resident files.
    • Support resident retention and renewal initiatives.
    • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in resident information.
    • Monitor and document leasing commissions.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Participate in training sessions as needed.
    • Build positive relationships within the local community.
    • Assist in organizing resident events and activities.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in property management or a similar field.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service expertise.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
