About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to join our global brokerage team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their risk management needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment.
Requirements
  • Commercial insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Valid property and casualty license.
  • Solid financial acumen.
