Job Title: Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team at VetEvolve VA LLC. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Process prescription and food requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and boarding reservations efficiently.
  • Take initiative to ensure clients are cared for throughout their visit.
  • Offer to assist clients with their pets and purchases.
  • Actively engage with clients to establish a bond and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Perform end-of-night duties, including confirming appointment charts and cleaning the waiting area.
  • Complete daily department checklists to a high standard.
  • Enter new clients accurately in Cornerstone, obtaining necessary information and history.
  • Organize and update client information in Cornerstone's Patient Record.
  • Receive and respond to incoming communications, including email and faxes.
  • Admit and discharge grooming and boarding appointments.
  • Verify invoices and process payments accurately.
  • Perform end-of-day closing procedures in Cornerstone.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge of the English language, including grammar and composition.
  • Active listening and speaking skills.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Service orientation and writing/typing skills.
Continuing Education:
  • Attend a minimum of 1 Customer Service workshop per year outside CAC.
  • Participate in all team and department meetings at CAC.

Salary: $13-$14 per hour
