Job Title: Associate Client Service Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Service Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive account management and tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment.

Requirements:

  • Preferred commercial insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Valid property and casualty license.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engage others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
