Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their concerns, onboard new clients, and ensure completeness and accuracy of client records.
  • Schedule client meetings and reviews with advisors and enhance client relationships with outstanding service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the company.
  • Prioritize Principals' time, initiatives, and mental energy by acting as the point of contact for client concerns.
  • Manage technology for Principals' brand and reputation via social media.
  • Manage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain updated client information in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • BS/BA Required
  • 4-6 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in client service administration
  • Detail-oriented, efficient time management, and organizational skills
  • Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs and CRM's
