Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Hillcrest Children Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth transitions from request to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake and Assessment: Prepare clients for clinical intake and assessment processes, gather initial demographic information, and verify residency, income, and insurance.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule clients, manage processes, and ensure timely appointments with service providers.
  • Client Engagement: Welcome clients, provide information, and advocate for their needs.
  • Data Management: Manage data, provide reports, and ensure accurate tracking of client information.
  • Authorization and Re-Authorization: Secure prior and re-authorizations for services as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree in Medical Billing Coding, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Experience: Medical office experience, preferably in substance abuse and behavioral health, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Skills: Data entry experience, minimum 40 wpm with no errors; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Saturday, and weekends on rotation.
