Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our advisors to ensure seamless client onboarding, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to our clients, and develop strategies to enhance their experience.
  • Manage key relationships, build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders and clients, and maintain updated client information in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in client service administration.
  • BS/BA required, with a strong understanding of financial services and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs and CRM's, such as Calendly, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
