About the Position

FiscalNote is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in the Fireside product division. As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of our Constituent Relationship Management software.

About the Role
  • Manage client onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Fireside platform and stay up-to-date with product enhancements.
  • Onboard, implement, and manage new accounts, providing training and account configuration to drive product adoption and renewal.
  • Administer client education and coaching, delivering webinar and on-site training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client usage and suggest best practices to increase customer efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and other client-facing teams to manage the assigned book of business.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, specifically in sales, support, success, or a comparable position.
  • Driven, hardworking, and growth-oriented individual with leadership potential.
  • Empathetic, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented professional with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and the team.
  • Experience on the Hill, at the State, or Local levels of government is a plus, but not required.
