Job Title: Client Relations and Development Manager

PDI Health is a fast-growing company that provides mobile examination services on site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility. We provide services throughout the USA, with offices currently in NY, NJ, DE, CT, RI, PA, MD, VA, MN with more to come

The Client Relations and Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long lasting strong relationships with clients and potential clients while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. They work with the team and other departments to help ensure the Clients receive the highest level of care and new business is brought on seamlessly and successfully to foster long term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships and work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Client Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects in the marketplace through the use of a variety of communication methods, strategies, and resources.
  • Client Management and Development: Attend tradeshows, networking events, educational forums, and any other industry related gatherings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to drive new business
  • Written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Proficient with computers, MS Office, and CRM databases
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Prior experience in Mobile Radiology, a clinical background or experience in the Long Term Care industry a plus
