Contract Overview:

This position is a 6-month contract that may transition into a permanent role, requiring onsite presence 5 days a week. The compensation for this role is $20 per hour.

Position Summary:

An employer represented by Insight Global is seeking dedicated inbound CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to work at their corporate facility. This role is essential in establishing a new team within the healthcare sector, and candidates must possess experience in a high-volume call center environment. The representative will handle approximately 80 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing step-by-step guidance for uploading necessary documentation.

Strong customer service skills are vital for supporting patients during challenging times. Responsibilities include managing an intake queue, performing data entry, and maintaining metrics. Occasionally, outbound calls may be necessary to follow up with customers or provide additional information for document completion.

Training Schedule: The initial training period lasts 3 to 4 weeks, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST.

Current Work Hours: The regular shift is from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZT, Monday through Friday, with an additional shift on Saturday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Position requires full-time onsite work.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in an inbound customer service role, specifically in a call center.
  • Proficient data entry and typing skills.
  • Experience utilizing multiple computer screens (two monitors and one laptop) - all equipment will be provided.
  • Demonstrated history of reliable attendance.
  • Strong customer service abilities as evidenced in previous roles.
