Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Typical Responsibilities:
Approximately 80% of your time will be spent providing accurate and timely information regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim statuses to callers.
About 10% of your time will involve documenting all interactions in member notes.
The remaining 5% will be dedicated to responding to voicemails, emails, and written inquiries.
