Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to physician candidates and clients within the academic sector.
  • Identify and evaluate physicians by establishing rapport through phone and email communications.
  • Highlight opportunity features, discuss compensation, and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Effectively communicate opportunity details and address inquiries.
  • Lead Physician Marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Consult with clients throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to clients to enhance search success.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals.
  • Maintain consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience required.
  • Sales experience, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, or Cold Calling.
  • Consultative sales experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
