Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: MBA or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Global HR Experience: Minimum of 10 years of global HR leadership experience.
  • Scaling HR Operations: Demonstrated success in scaling HR operations for organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees.
  • HR Technology Expertise: Strong expertise in HR technology, total rewards, and talent acquisition.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead large HR teams and shared services centers.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Executive Experience: Experience working with senior executives and providing strategic guidance to the C-suite.

  • Competitive Salary: Competitive base salary up to $250,000.
