Role Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory. In the capacity of a Senior Consultant for Talent Development and Acquisition, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to establish ServiceNow's Talent solutions as a leader in the HR technology space.
  • Providing insights and thought leadership on Generative AI and its implications for skill development.
  • Crafting engaging and persuasive narratives that effectively communicate the unique value of our technology offerings.
  • Creating training programs that empower sales and consulting teams to articulate the benefits of Talent solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in both domain knowledge and solution capabilities.

  • Collaborating with Product Management and Development teams to enhance our offerings with features that meet customer expectations.
  • Sharing best practices and solutions with peers to improve overall team performance.

  • Engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives such as conferences, webinars, and demonstrations to promote our Talent and AI solutions.
  • Collaborating with business units to prioritize and communicate product roadmaps.
  • Facilitating feedback loops from clients and sales teams back to product development.
  • Working closely with various teams, including marketing and solution consulting, to drive alignment and success.
  • Leading significant global initiatives focused on Talent Acquisition and Development.
  • Engaging with customer communities to enhance our Talent offerings.
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales consulting or sales engineering.
  • Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud-based software solutions.
  • Experience in collaborative environments with product management, marketing, and professional services.
  • Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
