Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and evaluate both active and passive candidates who meet the criteria for our essential and high-demand roles. You will focus on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts by locating qualified candidates and collaborating with our Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare sector.
  2. Proficiency in sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, database searches, internet search engines, social media platforms, and alternative sourcing methods.
  3. Ability to pre-screen candidates and effectively communicate the opportunity and value proposition to potential candidates.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, business, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience with iCIMS.
