Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters to enhance the talent pool and successfully fill job openings.
  • Serve as a career advisor and advocate for each candidate within your network.
  • Conduct daily resume reviews, aligning candidates with the most suitable roles.
  • Regularly draft and publish new job listings.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities using provided email templates.
  • Explore job databases and recruitment platforms for available positions.
  • Propose ideas and strategies to improve talent acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct phone interviews to accurately evaluate candidates and determine next steps.
  • Maintain records of candidate qualifications, salary expectations, skills, and other relevant details.
  • Prepare summaries of candidates and job fit for profile submissions.
  • Update, create, and manage job postings on your job board.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related capacity.
  • Basic understanding of IT and general technical fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with web portals and email.
  • Experience in customer interactions via phone.
