Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at AutoNation. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent to fill various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    • Engage with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and experience.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about job opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
    • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and sourcing strategies.
  • Market Research and Insights:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
    • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Candidate Evaluation:
    • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
    • Conduct initial interviews or assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the company's values, culture, and career opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruitment or HR.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
