We are currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of activities including the development of recruitment strategies, management of talent workflows, and collaboration with leadership to pinpoint hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Crafting innovative recruitment strategies to effectively source and attract the right candidates based on established competencies.
  • Evaluating applications and conducting interviews to gather information on candidates' work history, education, skills, and salary expectations. You will also provide candidates with insights about our organization and the available positions.
  • Working closely with management to determine personnel requirements, job specifications, and necessary qualifications.
  • Consulting with leadership to identify and recommend the most suitable candidates for various roles.
  • Enhancing the recruitment process and assessing it for potential improvements.
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts with third-party vendors and partners, including search firms and employment agencies, to identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Meeting objectives related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Establishing and implementing metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment initiatives and processes.
  • Assisting in the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency identification as necessary.
  • Researching and applying creative recruiting techniques as needed.
  • Coordinating internal job postings to promote opportunities within the organization.
  • Utilizing online recruiting platforms to identify and attract candidates.
  • Providing training and resources for hiring managers to enhance their interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Performing additional duties and supporting special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience that provides a solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and practices related to recruitment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and online recruiting techniques is essential.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in agency recruiting is required.

Core Competencies

Essential competencies include strong interpersonal abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective follow-through, strong organizational capabilities, and a commitment to customer service. The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all organizational levels is crucial.
