GardaWorld Security Services is in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead strategic recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and recruit exceptional talent for GardaWorld Security Services branches within the designated market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to devise strategies for sourcing top candidates and support ongoing recruitment needs.
- Employ advanced recruitment techniques including cold-calling, online searches, database exploration, and social media outreach to secure the best candidates for each role.
- Work alongside the Regional Talent Leader to formulate and implement recruitment strategies for critical roles and build pre-qualified talent pools.
- Utilize and monitor candidates in the applicant tracking system effectively.
- Exhibit exemplary customer service skills and behaviors towards internal clients, external partners, colleagues, and candidates.
- Collect competitive intelligence, industry insights, and labor market trends to inform successful hiring practices.
- Undertake additional sourcing, recruitment, marketing, and retention projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive screening process.
